Ingredients:
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 cup white sugar
2 tbsp powdered milk
1 cup water
10 pcs. cheese, thinly sliced
Filling:
10 tbsp Yema spread
10 tbsp ube halaya
10 tbsp chocolate ganache
Procedure:
1) Bring water to a boil
2) Combine all purpose flour, white sugar, powdered milk, baking powder and water
3) Mix well and strain puto batter
4) Fill each cup with 2 tbsp puto batter
5) Add 1/2 tbsp filling
6) Cover filling with puto batter
7) Add cheese topping
8) Steam over low heat for 20-25min.
