For my birthday this year, I made a trip to Louisville, KY to tour the Angel's Envy Distillery!
As a newbie in the world of bourbon, I've found it to be a tad overwhelming getting started. So glad Angel's Envy had a tour going when we arrived. I learned so much about bourbon in a super, user-friendly way. We learned about the process, tasted some sour mash, and then had a very proper lesson on tasting bourbon. :-)
In this 3rd installation, I finally get to sample Angel's Envy Bourbon! During the process, I learned 3 tips to a proper & successful bourbon tasting, learned what to look for (& smell) in the bourbon, and the grand surprise of a chocolate & bourbon pairing. YUM!
Okay, so this was my first time trying to film myself during an event AND take pics.... So, there are a few moments of me doing that that I couldn't edit out-lol.
~Sigh~ What can I say, I'm still learning. Thank you for bearing with me :-)
