ورق العنب بدبس الرمان من ألذ المقبلات، أعدوه بهذه الطريقة وتلذذوا به وهو يذوب في الفم

٢١٠ج أرز قصير الحبة
١ حبة طماطم مقطعة مكعبات
١ حبة بصل مقطعة مكعبات
١ كوب (بقدونس + كزبرة)
١٠ ورقات نعناع
١ فص ثوم
½ ملعقة صغيرة ملح
¼ ملعقة صغيرة فلفل أسود
¼ كوب زيت زيتون
¼ كوب ليمون
٢ م.ك معجون طماطم
٢ م.ك دبس رمان
في وعاء نخلط المكونات معاً ونحتفظ بها جانباً
نأخذ مقدار ٤٠٠ج من ورق العنب، نأخذ ورقة ونقص الجزء السفلي ونضع مقدار ملعقة صغيرة ونصف من الحشو ونلف الورقة ونحتفظ بها جانباً.
في قدر نضع الأجزاء التي تم تقطيعها مسبقاً ونفرش بها قاع القدر ثم نضع شرائح البطاطس ثم نضع الورق.
خليط السوائل:
٣٠٠ مل ماء مغلي
¼ كوب زيت زيتون
¼ كوب ليمون
½ ملعقة صغيرة ملح
١ م.ك دبس رمان
المتبقي من سوائل الحشو
نقلب المكونات معاً ثم تصب في القدر ويغطى بالورق المقطع ويطهى لمدة ساعة أو ساعة وعشر دقائق على نار هادئة جداً ثم يترك مغطى لمدة ساعتين على الأقل حتى يبرد تماماً قبل تقديمه

Ingredients:
400 g grape leaves
Filling ingredients:
210 g short grain rice
1 tomato finely diced
1 onion finely diced
1 cup (coriander and parsley)
10 mint leaves (chopped)
1 garlic clove
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ cup lemon juice
¼ cup olive oil
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp pomegranate molasses
Cooking Liquid Ingredients:
300 ml boiling water
¼ cup lemon juice
¼ cup olive oil
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp pomegranate molasses
+ the remaining liquid of the filling
* Prepare the filling by mixing all the ingredients. Put the leaf smooth side down and cut the tough vine in the middle and set aside. Stuff the leaf with about 2 tsp of the filling and roll out tightly starting by folding the sides. After you are done with filling all the grape leaves, arrange them in a pot that is lined with the cut leaves and some potatoe slices. Cover the top with more grape leaves.
* Mix the cooking liquid ingredients and add half of it on the grape leaves then put a plate on the top and add the remaining liquids. Put something heavy on the plate to secure the leaves while cooking. Cook over medium heat until it starts to bubble then lower the heat and let cook for 1 hr. Then, turn off the heat and leave it undisturbed until fully cool (for at least 2 hrs.) this step is important to keep the leaves’ color vibrant. Serve and enjoy hot or cold 😋
