Sprouts are very Easy to grow. The seeds I use to grow sprouts are Mung Beans, however you can use any other micro green seeds such as radish, kale, and peas. You can use Mason Jar, Cheese Cloth, or Plastic Bottles to grow sprouts. I show all these 3 ways and also cover if growing sprouts will have any contamination from chemicals in plastic.
