Stock markets in Dubai and other parts of the United Arab Emirates plunged Monday, with investors concerned about Dubai's ability to pay back $59 billion in debt. But the fallout appears to be stabilizing as investors weigh the impact of the Dubai debt crisis against improving signs that U.S. consumer spending is back on track. VOA's Mil Arcega has more.
