Le Professeur or the master of breakfast, the authentic Lebanese breakfast composed of lava beans, eggs, hummus and fatteh. Foul is a soupy broad-bean dip served in the souks in cafés as part of a mezze – not something people make at home, but also not considered as on-the-go as street food.
