I hope you're all doing well! I'm super excited to share my experience purchasing from Nana Jacqueline! I've seen this brand on so many influencers on instagram but I don't think I've seen a lot of reviews on this brand so I just wanted to share a little bit I about the quality, shipping and returns etc. The pieces are kinda pricey so I thought a video like this would be helpful!

Since I recorded the video, I have an update about the returns. As I kinda expected, the returns, like the shipping, took a long time to process (over two weeks) so if you're a little impatient like I am lol, it mayyyy be an issue.
