Various Japanese scales played by piano, then flute on MuseScore. Scales include Akebono, Hirajoshi, Insen, Iwato, and Kumoi-choshi. Most of the scales are pentatonic, and they are often used as "exotic" scales in contemporary music.
Edit: Sorry about the delay. I was trying to fix the scales, and I noticed a major issue with them is that some of them don't have a defined tonic, so the way they are written, in both "regular" and "extended" forms is somewhat confusing. Additionally, some of the sources I used cited different tonics, which means that the ones in the video aren't quite set in stone. Anyway, I said I'd get around to posting a pdf of this. One year later, here it is:
