It’s taken me a while to be able to post this because well as much as this win was one of the best moments of my life, the mixed emotions of this whole journey flashed before my eyes and as much as I always pride myself on being raw and transparent on social media, this one hit different. I’m very much at peace with it all and extremely grateful for the road and lessons that got me here today. 🙏🏼

One quote that always stuck with me was from @timgrover ‘s book where he said: “Winning will take everything from you, but it will give you so much more.”

Winning will demand things from you that you’ve never given before. I touched on going the extra mile before or even becoming the version of you that will be required for you to reach that big goal.

I believe I’ve been pretty transparent and real sharing not only the good but also the hard stuff in my own personal journey so far. It’s important to me to stay authentic and portray the real me through the sometimes blurred lenses of social media.

My truth is that this procard was one of my biggest personal achievements, but it didn’t come without a price. My perspective though is one of a silver lining, knowing that to become the person I needed to be, some things, people and places in my environment needed to change and would naturally do so over time.

Alignment will shake you up. Be ready if you’re reaching. The next chapter is here and I’m ready to keep winning with my people ✌🏼❤️
