What fuel consumption does a 2nd gen Dodge Ram, 4x4, 5 spd actually get? In this video I answer that question and please keep in mind this is driving conservatively. If you mash the pedal to the floor you're going to burn a lot more fuel. my truck is mostly stock but does have a 4 inch Diamond eye exhaust(with muffler/resonator), a #10 fuel plate, and the timing is advanced about 2° over stock.
