Hey Y'all!
I am so so surprised by these results! I forgot to say in the video that I did eat plant based (had chicken one day because it was nurse's week lol and they made us plates) the whole time! If I had a meat craving I ate tuna or fish! I am trying to transition to a pescatarian diet full time because of these results and because of how much better my body feels when I am plant-based. Other than that I lost about a total of 9 lbs after the detox was completely out of my system and that was a mixture of water weight, toxic waste in my gut, and a little bit of fat since I was working out! Big thanks to @urbvnfit for kicking my butt and challenging me with the 7 day challenge. I did have wine one night but no hard liquor or juice/soda. I drank about 80 oz of water a day and I still am doing that at least 4-5 days out of the week. Sometimes I slack lol I am human.
