For this griddle chicken fried rice, we’re combining everything that we’ve learned over the last few years and testing out dozens of different fried rice recipes to come up with our favorite chicken fried rice on the griddle. After experimenting with different types or rice, different water to rice ratios, and different sauces and ingredients, we’ve developed this chicken fried rice recipe that’s better than any Chinese restaurant takeout fried rice that we’ve ever had.
We’ll show you how we add extra flavor to the rice, how to tenderize the chicken, and our trick for adding butter and garlic to a “rice well” for delicious fried rice. Enjoy!
