Okonomiyaki (Kansai Style)
Hello everyone. Have you known Japanese food “Okonomiyaki” ?
It’s very popular in Japan, and many people love it.
Also that’s loved by foreigners and tourists who visited in Japan .
I make it using cabbage, yam and other.
Very easy, good taste and very healthy !
Let’s cook together !
Ingredients
・600g cabbage
・3 green onions
・15cm yam
・3 eggs
・45g flour
・4g dashi powder (Ajinomoto Hondashi)
・60g Tenkasu (tempura bits)
・6~8 sliced pork belly
・Okonomiyaki sauce
・Mayonaise
・Bonito flakes
・Aonori
・Oil
Recipe
・Cut the cabbage into 5mm cubes.
・Cut the green onions 2mm width.
・Grate the yam.
・Yam, eggs, flour and dash powder mix well.
It don’t need to add water.
・Add cabbage, green onions, and Tenkatsu.
Mix well.
・Heat (220°C) the hot plate and grease it with oil.
You can also make it in a pan.
If you use a pan, cook it with medium heat.
・When they gets browned, flip them over.
・You don’t need to flip it multiple times.
・Flip them again.
・Put on okonomiyaki sauce, mayonnaise, bonito flakes, and Aomori on.
