Drone footage shot by an eyewitness shows severe flooding in the streets of Iowa's Rock Valley city after it was hit by heavy rainfall.

A levee break along Iowa's Rock River early Saturday morning led to a frantic evacuation of the town. The national weather service issued a flash flood emergency.
