This is a 66 year old female who was T-boned by another car while driving. The patient was complaining primarily of left hip pain. CT of the left hip showed minimally comminuted left anterior acetabular fracture, left superior and inferior pubic rami fractures and a small left zone 1 sacral fracture. Also noted are severe degenerative changes of the right hip and spine.
