In this challenging 40 minute yoga class, we will give the hamstrings and hips the good, deep stretch they deserve! Warning: this class will be significantly harder in the morning because our bodies naturally loosen up as the day goes on. You might like to add a little extra movement (sun salutations) beforehand if you’re practicing in the morning.
These poses are challenging and may not be for everyone. Please never force the poses to look a certain way at the expense of your body! I try to explain everything in steps so even if you don’t make it to the “fullest expression” today, you can revisit this class or these poses time and time again.
The lighting in this video is not ideal, but as I've mentioned in previous videos, I think this view is amazing with the garage door in the background. Hopefully you were able to follow the cues and visuals enough not to get lost. But please let me know if this caused any issues for you in the comments! Hope you found this class fun and helpful. Happy practicing :)
