attempts to set Guinness World Records require extensive planning and, depending on the task,
large teams of participants. Records are broken every year or even every month but some records
are too difficult or maybe just too weird to be broken. Let it be making the longest noodles in the
world or growing the largest grapefruit. Let’s look at a list of amazing new Guinness world
records made this or last year. But before we get into that, don’t forget to like subscribe.

Number 1.) Two records at the Toronto Marathon
This is a collective effort to break records. attempted to break records.
Unfortunately, Only At least two of them did it. Omar Trujillo Rosas was the fastest marathoner
dressed as an Aztec, obviously as a male, which he accomplished in 3 hours, 40 minutes, and 18
seconds. This record is supposed to appear in the official 2020 Guinness book of records. And
Jared Levine was the fastest marathoner dressed as a supervillain, again as a male. He ran the
race in 3 hours, 2 minutes, and 2 seconds. He had attempted the record for the fastest marathon
dressed as a chef at the London marathon and fell short. He was determined to try again.
Number 2.)largest horns on a living steer
Probably the only animal that broke a record this year. A seven-year-old Texas longhorn from
Alabama, USA, got really famous this year thanks to his humongous horns. From one tip to the
tip, the rack of Poncho Via spans 323.74 cm, more than twice the width of a concert grand piano.
It was confirmed on 28 th October and is supposed to be added in the 2020 world record book. It
means that this superlative steer not only possesses the largest horn spread on a living steer, but

has blown all past contenders out of the water to claim the record for largest horn spread on a
steer ever too. Since confirming the record, Poncho has been quite the local celebrity in his small
town of Goodwater, Alabama. Seems like no other longhorn is breaking the record at a time
soon.
Number 3.)longest cooking marathon
This was one of the most interesting records of last year. It was the first-ever simultaneous
attempt to break this record of pure stamina, although making edible food was also critical.
Andrey Shek in New York and Raymond Mendez in Chicago achieved their joint goal in 42
hours and 17 seconds. It was soon broken in April 2019, by Rickey Lumpkin in California, who
came in at 68 hours, 30 minutes, and 01 seconds. We’re not sure what they cooked, but it wasn’t
the biggest burger in the world. Which dish takes almost 3 days to make?
Number 4.) world’s largest ocean clean up
This has to be the most environmentally sustainable record of last year. A large amount of trash
is dumped into the ocean which destroys the ocean life. a team of 633 Florida scuba divers broke
a record for the world's largest ocean cleanup event. On June 15, 633 scuba-divers at Florida's
Deerfield Beach participated in the world's largest ocean dive cleanup. At the cleanup, 3200
pounds of fishing gear was used, and divers removed more than 9,000 pieces of marine debris
from the ocean. Way to go, scuba divers.
Number 5.) Fastest time to travel to all sovereign nations
Now, this is the record every traveler in the world would want to break. It was the year of travel,
particularly for record holders Taylor Demonbreun and Lexie Alford. In June 2019, Taylor broke
four incredibly impressive travel records for being the fastest time to visit all sovereign nations

as well as the youngest to travel to all sovereign nations. This record is quite a difficult one to
achieve, as it requires a huge amount of documentation and coordination. the youngest title was
broken again in November, by world traveler Lexie Alford after completing the feat at the age of
21 years and 177 days. While both had very different journeys along the way, both titleholders
were set on encouraging young women to travel and accomplish their dreams. We are proud of

Jennifer Aniston got 1 million followers in just five hours and 16 minutes after she joined
Instagram, making her the fastest user to gain a million followers. We know that every Instagram
model wants this no most aren’t that lucky or famous. The actress made her Instagram debut on
October 15, 2019, with a selfie featuring her fellow "Friends" crew. She'll now be recognized in
the Guinness Book of World Records for achieving the fastest time to reach 1 million followers.
