These 6 tips helped decrease the time it took to do my injections from 45 minutes to 2 (ish) minutes, thus taking away some mental stress and creating a better experience overall. Use these tips to equip yourself for successful injections, so you can focus on the exciting journey ahead.

(At 37 I still tear up when getting my blood drawn or receiving a shot, so if I can overcome and give myself injections I believe you can too!)
