Pickled Jalapenos
Ingredients
10 Jalapeño peppers
2 garlic cloves
1 cup water
1 cup vinegar
4 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp salt

Cut the pepper into slices. Smash the garlic. Add water, vinegar, salt, sugar, garlic to a small saucepan. When it boils, add pepper and immediately remove from heat. Wait for 15-20 minutes, the pepper will change color. Put it in a jar, fill it with marinade and let it cool. Store in the refrigerator. Try it once and you will keep making it!
