Resepi Bok Choy Sos Tiram atau Pak Choy Tumis Sos Tiram
Bahan-bahannya:
-sayur pak choi.
-2 tbsp sos tiram
-air (untuk mencelur)
-3 ulas bawang putih (dicincang halus)
-garam dan serbuk perasa
- minyak
-bawang goreng (untuk hiasan)
Cara-caranya:
-Masukkan air dan tuang kan sedikit minyak ke dalam air.
-Biarkan air mendidih seketika , kemudian masukkan sayur pak choi ke dalam air panas tadi.celurkan sehingga sedikit layu.
-Bila dah layu, bolehlah angkat sayur pak choi tadi, dan susun diatas pinggan .
-Untuk menumis pula, masukkan sedikit minyak ke dalam pan, kemudian tumiskan bawang putih sehingga kekuningan.
-Kemudian, masukkan sos tiram dan sedikit air. Tumiskan sos tiram tadi sehingga masak.
-Kemudian, masukkan sedikit garam, dan serbuk perasa.Dan kacaukan lagi sehingga masak.
-Bila kuah sos tiram tadi dah siap, bolehlah tuangkan diatas sayur pakchoi yang telah disusun diatas pinggan.
-Hiaskan dengan sedikit bawang goreng.Dan sedia untuk dimakan.
Bok Coys Oyster Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
- Pak choi vegetable.
-2 tbsp oyster sauce
-water (for dipping)
-3 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
- salt and seasoning powder
- oil
- fried onions (for decoration)
Here's how:
- Put in some water and pour some oil into the water.
-Let the water boil for a while, then put the Pak choi's vegetable in hot water.
-When it is withered, you can pick up Pak choi's vegetable, and arrange it on a plate.
-For a frying pan, add some oil to the pan, then sauté the garlic until golden.
-Then add the oyster sauce and some water. Saute the oyster sauce until cooked.
-Then add some salt, and seasoning powder. And stir again until cooked.
-When the oyster sauce is ready, you can pour it on the pakchoi vegetables that have been placed on the plate.
- Decorate with a few fried onions.And it's ready to eat.
