The Manila Bay is the premier international gateway to the Philippines and considered one of the world’s great harbors. The bay is located at the southwest part of Luzon Island. It has a coastline of approximately 190 kilometers and a surface area of about 2000 square kilometers. Its widest diameter from northwest to southeast measures 58 km.
