Sauteed Mixed Vegetable Recipe:

Ingredients:

1 head of broccoli
1/2 red or green bell pepper
3/4 cup of snow peas
3 small carrots, sliced up
1/2 red onion, sliced up
2 cloves of garlic, diced up
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp olive oil
Add salt and pepper to taste

*Serving 2-3 people
