Reebok Nano has been my "go to" training shoe. My current pair made with kevlar are virtually indestructible and have plenty of wear left but a major sale today saw the opportunity to buy Nike Metcon 7 crossfit shoes to try as a comparison.
I'll let everyone know my thoughts once i've given them a good workout with the weights and HIIT but keen to hear what training shoe is your favourite.
