I tried the Whole30 diet / cleanse.... for 14 days. I've experimented and done many things in my life, but never a food/diet cleanse. My hope is that a truly clean diet means less fatigue and more energy. As someone who pretty much had low energy even since a young teen, it would be a miracle if this works.
From what I understand, the basis on this diet is elimination of "bad" foods, which includes: processed foods, grains, dairy, soy, added sugars, artificial sugars, beans, and alcohol.
