INGREDIENTS
• Fired fish
• Tomatoes
• Green chillies
• Green peas
• Garlic
• Cooking oil (optional)
• Salt to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
• We will first start off by boiling the green chillies and the tomatoes. I’am adding in about 1-2 tsp of cooking oil for taste and also that the fish does not stick together. Once the chillies and the tomatoes are half way cooked remove them from the pot and mash them up roughly and add it back in the stew. Now add the fried fish and the peas. Cover and cook for 7-8 minutes on medium heat. Garnish with garlic. Your fish curry is now ready to serve.
Note : If you want the gravy/stew to be thick you can add potato or pumpkin.
