Let us begin this session with a deep relaxation of the body and soul. I will guide you, for the most
part. You will then experience a moment of intimacy with your being of light. And, at last, I will guide
you on your way back.

Please note that this meditation is under protection. Your guides, your guardian angels and your
loved ones will assist you, and provide protection for yourself. Have faith, and let yourself go…
If you ever struggle to feel the presence of your guide during this session, have faith.
You have made your intentions clear.
So let go of your expectations, and keep an eye out over the days following the meditation…
The presence and energy of your guide can be perceived in many different ways.
It can be a sudden sense of warmth, shivers down our spine, or a feeling of love carrying you
away…
You might not see them in the flesh, but feeling their presence might be easier.
Open up every canal you can think of to let that happen…
There is no right path to follow.
If you are ready, your guide will know which way to use for you to perceive them.
Having said that, allow this meditation to suggest a way to connect with your guide.
I do recommended, however, to let your gut and your imagination guide you to them.

It is actually the best advice I can give you for you to experience this adventure.
