This video shows how a radiator is recored. This was done at Radiatorland, a local shop in Santa Clara, California. Recoring a radiator is the process of removing the two brass side tanks that are soldered to the copper radiator core and resoldering them on a new core.
This is the same process used on all radiators, American, German, Japanese, and every other auto manufacturer.
