Hola! Cómo están todos! Soy BAIRES WALKER

Hi guys, I’m BAIRES WALKER
Today, let's walk through the neighborhood of Once in the city of Buenos Aires.
Once (for September Eleven) is the unofficial name for an area of the Balvanera neighborhood, which is located in Commune 3 of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. It is an unofficial neighborhood, since it is not among the 48 neighborhoods in which the city is legally divided.
During the 19th century, Balvanera was considered a suburb of Buenos Aires. A census of 1836 estimated its population at 3625 inhabitants. Almost all lived in quintas (small farms), which is why the area was known as the fifths. Its main avenue, to the west, was the Camino Real del Oeste, currently Avenida Rivadavia.
In 1775 the Corrales de Miserere began to operate, which were located in what is now Plaza Miserere and the railway station (they reached Corrientes Avenue to the north and from Pueyrredón Avenue to Ecuador Street), which in 1806 and 1807 were scene of the English Invasions.
Enrique Santos Discépolo Passage, Balvanera neighborhood, Buenos Aires, Argentina. It is a pedestrian passage that describes an S-shaped curve, from the corner of Callao and Lavalle to Corrientes and Riobamba. The country's first locomotive, La Porteña, passed through there when the first railway line was inaugurated in 1857. The Teatro del Picadero —destroyed by a fire— and the Open Theater also functioned in this passage.
