[M. Bison's Backstory]
M. Bison, also known as Vega in Japanese versions of Street Fighter II, is the leader of the criminal organization Shadaloo. He is the one who organizes the 2nd Street Fighter tournament. Not much is known about his past other than the fact that he was responsible for both the deaths of Charlie Nash (who was a good friend of Guile) and the father of Chun-Li.
