''People who've bought tickets from the proper ticket agencies and not obviously people who have bought them from private individuals but from Ticketmaster and AEG those people are entitled to a full refund. It's then up to them whether they decide to take up this other offer which would constitute a separate contract, it's entirely a matter for them if they want to take up that offer of keeping those tickets as a memento, but that does not mean that they should have any less entitlement to their refund.''

8. SOUNDBITE (English) Ted Owens, Fame Bureau Managing Director :
''There are whole groups, a whole group of collectors that deal specifically in tickets and they buy tickets before gigs, they buy them to sell. They buy half a ticket, like a ticket stub, they buy tickets all day long, all around the world and they frame them up they put nice pictures of the artists. Say like Elvis 1958, touring here, ticket stub, picture. It's a very big market and Elvis is a very good example and a very comparable example to Michael Jackson.''

''They, Elvis had a big 56 gig tour lined up, Michael had 50 shows lined up and Elvis's tickets for the shows he never got to perform, because he died, are all still floating around on the internet and are selling. And they sell for up to about 200-300 pounds (British). For a complete unused ticket and stubs when he was alive sell for about 400-500 depending on how famous the gig was.''

(Reporter: ''So they're actually more valuable if they're used?'')
''Yes it works better unless there's some huge concert like the O2 comes up where you could argue that this was his come back but it never happened and therefore you've got a valuable ticket. But my view on that is completely different. I feel that there are so many tickets. I always say that if there's a thousand in the world, they're rare. But if you've got hundreds of thousands, like we have here, it's not rare, the prices are going to pretty much stay the same as the price you brought them for, maybe a bit more.''
