When a baby is about four to six months old they're usually ready for solid foods. When you first try introducing them, start with one meal a day. It can be whatever meal you like. Some parents choose dinner time because then they're hoping that their tummies will stay a little bit fuller during the night. Once you've gotten on meal down, they're well established, then add on the next meal. Then once you've gotten the second meal well established, your baby is eating well at that time, then add the third, until they're eating breakfast, lunch, and dinner and snacks in between. So by the time your baby is about eight to twelve months old they're usually eating breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack, and then a bottle before bedtime. You'll work your way gradually up to that. If you have any other questions for me feel free to ask them on our Facebook page and recommend us to your friends and family too.
