As Goa reels under the recent COVID surge, the state Govt has filed a petition in the Goa bench of the Bombay HC seeking the court to revoke the rule of procuring a negative RTPCR test report for entering the state. The Govt believes that the residents are highly dependent on its neighbouring states for essential supplies like food grains, vegetables, medicines & even medical services.
