If you’ve got 5 minutes, you’ve got yourself a big bowl of BIBIM-GUKSU (or bibim naengmyeon)! These Korean cold, spicy, chewy noodles are deliciously light and refreshing, yet bold and punchy. The spiciness, sweetness, and tanginess makes the perfect mouthful 🤌
Ingredients (serves 2):
☐ 2 servings of somyeon (thin wheat flour noodles)
☐ 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean red chilli paste)
☐ 2 tbsp gochugaru (Korean chilli flakes)
☐ 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
☐ 2 tbsp sesame oil
☐ 1 tbsp soy sauce
☐ 2 garlic cloves (finely minced)
☐ 2 tsp sugar
☐ Cucumber (julienne)
☐ Toasted sesame seeds
☐ Soft boiled egg (optional)
