This is probably my favourite fight in the whole game, with no avenue to use the focus meter it really feels like a true Kung fu fight. Due to this I purposefully take no weapon in as I wanted to keep it to a “hands only” duel to add to the vibe of it being a fair fight.
I also chose not to punish when I down Yang and taunt instead, as I found this more fitting with the idea of a “respectful” duel.
Like most of the other boss fights I find the second stage to be easier than the first but I’ve also noticed limiting your move set can force Yang into certain patterns.
This fight is really all about baiting attacks and then learning the patterns, and dodging accordingly. Had a lot of fun recording this, thanks for watching.
