Recipe
Ingredients
1 SeaBass Fish
Tomatoes 4 Medium sized
Coconut paste 3 Tbsp
Oil 2 Tbsp
Spices
RedChilli powder 1 1/2 Tsp
Coriander powder 2 Tsp
Turmeric ⅓ Tsp
Salt 2 Tsp(As per taste)
Garam Masala powder ½ Tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 Tsp
For Fish Marination
Red chilli powder 2 Tsp
Turmeric ¼ Tsp
Salt 1 Tsp (As per taste)
Add these 3 ingredients in a bowl for marination.
Procedure
1.Clean the fish and marinate it with the marination mixture and keep aside.
2.In a pan add oil ,now add tomatoes then all the spices and coconut paste.
Close the lid and let it cook for a few minutes.
3. Put the marinated fish in the fryer for 6 minutes.
Or Shallow fry in oil for 3 to 4 minutes Or put it directly
4.Now the tomatoes are soft then add some water and bring it to a boil
5. Add the fried fish to the curry and let it cook for 10 mins.
6.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and ready to serve.
