There is something about storytelling that gets you to make peace with things, question some old false beliefs, try some self-compassion coupled with self-forgiveness, and ultimately take your power back.

So this video is a little bit about my story with my Perfectionism... believe me, there is more I can say that wouldn't "fit" into a reel or post..but it is a place to start to introduce myself and let you into my journey of taming my perfectionism...
