My neck, back and shoulders have been so so so sore from breastfeeding Octavia all the time. I created this class with simple yoga stretches to take away the aches and pains.
Just after 1 day of these stretches my achy neck and back pain went away completely! I finished the class feeling as if I just got a shoulder and neck massage :)
