There are many tools that are valuable to implement in the morning practice, the ones that are best for you are the ones you will do consistently and will help you feel great. These routines can make a huge difference in your mood and your mindset. You can approach your day with a sense of calmness and clarity.
Wake up at the same time every day.
Exposure to light.
Earthing or grounding.
Breathwork.
Hydrate with a glass of water.
