Here's an excellent progression exercise with 2 levels to it (static bar inverted hang to dynamic pulls in it) that will strengthen your front lever in a different way that you may have been missing to help make your upper back muscles stronger to help hold more advanced shapes beyond the tightly tucked front lever!
