How to work the 2 over 2 left purl cross stitch without using a cable needle.

LH - Left Hand
RH - Right Hand

This left leaning cable is worked over 4 sts.

Insert the RH needle tip into the back of the 3rd and 4th sts on the LH needle.

Pinch the base of all 4 sts and slide them off the LH Needle.

Take the LH needle tip and pick up the 2 dropped sts.

Slip the 2 sts on the RH needle to the LH needle.

P2, K2.
