Do you have a plan for your writing and creativity? I didn't plan for many years but since I've started thinking ahead and laying my ideas down on paper and breaking them down into tiny steps - I've become more focused, more productive and less overwhelmed.
With more focus and less overwhelm I've become less anxious and always know what I'm working on and working towards.
This may look like a lot of projects and tasks but I don't give myself a hard time if I don't manage to achieve them. It just helps having them all laid down in front of me so I can work through them step by tiny step.
If you don't like lots of tasks staring at you this process might not be for you or it might be better to plan one month ahead at the time. I personally like to know where I'm going and how everything correlates to my goals as all too often in the past I've veered off my path and chased the sparkly: leading to procrastination, overwhelm and frustration.
