They are Piedmont Office Realty Trust (PDM REIT), Annaly Capital Management (NLY REIT), DIC Asset (DIC Stock), Blackstone Mortgage Trust (BXMT REIT) and Brandywine Realty Trust (BDN) have problems that could lead to a dividend cut.
