COVID-19 brought with it a slew of disasters and hardships, but Council District 15 faced these challenges head-on. Initiatives the district implemented under Councilmember Joe Buscaino's leadership include a food program that partnered with local restaurants to help feed residents, housing initiatives such as Project Room Key and facilitating the surrounding areas of San Pedro through projects such as revamping the Wilmington Waterfront.
