This Cubase tutorial looks at the process of how to turn melody into score in the Cubase score editor. Making sure your notes on the grid are highlighted events and quantized to the grid, you can open the score editor and, in the property section for lead sheets, choose a score preset for the melody, add a key signature, a beat signature… it’s as simple as that.
