This vehicle is part of the Gunrunning DLC and was released on July 18th, 2017.

To upgrade:
1. Buy Technical from Warstock website (if haven't done so already). Then
2. Call it in from Pegasus
3. Drive it into your Mobile Operations center (MOC).
4.Purchase the upgrade. (Upgrading it will make it a personal vehicle and take up one of you garage spaces).
