Shahi Seekh Kabab or Sheek kabab is made on pan & Without Tandoor or Oven but has a very aromatic Smoky flavour which makes it Too Delicious and tastes like Dhaba style or Restaurant style

METHOD
1.Minced mutton - 1/2 kilo , grind it again
Add Ginger , garlic and coriander paste - 2 teaspoon
Finely chopped onion - 1 medium sized
Black pepper powder - 3/4 teaspoon
Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon or more
Coarsely ground coriander seeds - 1 teaspoon
Coarsely ground cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Raw papaya paste - 1 teaspoon
Salt - as required
Chat masala powder - 1 teaspoon
Juice of half a lemon
Few chopped coriander and mint leaves
Garam masala powder - 1 teaspoon
Ground powder of few almonds, cashews and pistachios
Coarsely ground green chilies - 3
Dried fenugreek leaves - 1/2 teaspoon
Mix it well and marinate for 30 minutes
2.Using Kabab sticks give them the shapes of kababs and fry them on a pan till golden brown in color
3.Also give them the smoke of charcoal as shown in the video, apply melted butter to them for extra taste
