A Sun Prairie teenager was arrested Monday and formally charged Wednesday in connection to a mass shooting at The Lux apartments on June 9, according to online jail and court records.
Court documents show Will L. Williams Jr., 17, of Sun Prairie is charged with 1st-degree recklessly endangering safety using a dangerous weapon and two counts of felony bail jumping.
