GIFT that is Gamut Intra Filament Transfer, where we take the husband sperm put the sperms up to the filament tube intra luminary but the 4th one is ICSI Intracytoplasmic sperm injection which is very commonly done where we take the one oocyte and select the best sperm, one sperm and inject into the oocyte that is called ICSI, a very commonly performed and high embryo formation in ICSI method. The success out of all the four, best is with ICSI.
