Helloooo!
Oh the weather outside is turning frightful but this Vegan Chili is soooo delightful!
I randomly was sitting in the house and decided that I wanted to some Chili- Vegan Chili- so I got up and made it. It was so quick, so easy, and so delicious.
To make this I used some of your standard Chili veggies, Black Beans, Garbanzo Beans (Chickpeas), and Kidney Beans. And the game changer here was the Quinoa! The Quinoa gave me the texture I needed for that traditional Chili taste and feel, without having to sacrifice on the health aspect.
A detailed recipe will be available in due time, however, I did just want to get this out in the meantime cause it's cold outside! lol
Let me know if you give this a try and what you think. As you heard in the video- we all LOVED this recipe. Doubled back a few times for more. We had it with some good Alkaline/Vegan "Corn"Bread too- which, that recipe will too be available soon.
