Snow Fungus Salad - sweet, sour, tangy taste. It's very refreshing!
▶ Ingredients :
● 300 g Chicken
● 200 g Pork Belly
● 250 g Vermicelli Noodles
● 500 g Snow Fungus
● 15 g Dried Shrimp
● 20 g Peanut
● 5 cloves, Garlic
● 4 cloves, Shallot
● 2 Korean Chili Pepper
● 500 g Cucumber
● 300 g Green Cabbage
● 200 g Red Cabbage
● 1 bunch, Thai Basil
● 1 bunch, Fish Mint
● 250 g, Sugar
● 180 ml, Vinegar
● 2 tbsp, Fish Sauce
● 1/4 tbsp, Salt
Method :
1. Soak the Vermicelli Noodles and snow fungus into the cold water until they are tender, about 30 minutes.
2. Prepare and cut all vegetable for the salad.
3. Boil the pork belly and chicken for about 20 minutes or until they are cooked.
4. Make the sauce : Palm Sugar, Vinegar, Fish Sauce and Salt.
5. Mix all ingredient together.
6. Serve with steamed rice.
